I came across these earlier today and wanted to share them with you. Several years back,
Vikki Chu did a series of linoleum cuts for a project where she needed to reinterpret the look and feel of a video game. She had chosen to retell Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time as a childrens book, complete with illustrations. The following are her works.

Personally, I love this style and would love to see more games retold as a childrens story, or just reinterpreted in different ways. Would love to hear what you'd like to see redone too.
